We are seeking a Technical Expert and Team Leader for Data Center Construction. This role will be responsible for leading the construction team, coordinating communication with internal and external clients, ensuring that data center construction projects are delivered on time with the highest standards and optimized technology to meet both customer and company requirements. This position will oversee project management, team coordination, and customer communication to ensure our data center projects maintain a world‑leading position in terms of quality, technology, cost, time, and safety.

• Lead and manage the design and construction team, including engineers, technician experts and project managers
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and engage in negotiation and discussion at all project stages
• Ensure that projects align with company and client requirements, as well as industry standards and best practices
• Take responsibility for design planning, budgeting and change management, project scheduling and resource allocation
• Utilize cutting‑edge technology and innovative solutions to optimize the DC design and construction processes, enhancing efficiency and quality
• Coordinate cross‑departmental collaboration, working closely with sales, operations, procurement and other departments to ensure successful project delivery

• Over 10 years of experience in the field of data center design and construction, including project management and technical management
• Excellent strategic thinking, team leadership, and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate multi‑functional teams
• Strong interest in new technologies and innovative solutions, with the capability to apply them to projects
• Outstanding customer communication and negotiation skills, adept at establishing strong relationships with diverse clients
• Proficient in project management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making, capable of making wise decisions in complex situations
• A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
