Regional Finance Director (Logistics), Singapore

Main duties & and responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans across Southeast Asia.
Set up the finance operations and structure across Southeast Asia.
Key business partner to the Managing Director on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support decision-making.
Cash Flow Management. Monitor cash flow and working capital to support operations and strategic investments.
Stakeholder Management. Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, investors, and local regulatory authorities.
Oversee the company's investment portfolio: Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, including conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards (e.g. IFRS/SFRS).
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets and optimize performance.

The Talent

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. Candidate with an MBA or a CPA/CA is preferred
Proven track record as a finance leader for over 8 years, preferably in the logistics industry, and well-versed in financial regulations across Southeast Asia.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and foster continuous improvement.
Strong sense of business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills to partner with business stakeholders.
