Senior Logistics Officer, Singapore

SCM-Procurement / Supply Chain Logistics – Mid-level Professional. At Siemens Healthineers, you will play a key role in handling warehouse management & operations for WDC warehouse in Singapore.

• Introduce and maintain process requirements to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Manage performance of warehouse operations in Singapore.
• Lead cross-functional communications, including training for 3PL and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations (GRP) and routine master data/table maintenance (SIMORA, etc.).
• Coordinate and support all Singapore WDC related processes and topics (customs, transportation, delivery, inventory, etc.).
• Take charge of performance reporting & analysis for WDC Singapore warehouse.
• Supervise 3PL operations to drive continuous process and productivity improvement.
• Act as a driver/supporter for the implementation of relevant projects of HQ or OPC CHN.
• Fulfil other tasks assigned by manager.

• 3 to 5 years’ warehouse management/WMS related experience with a proven track record of success, preferably in supply chain management or third-party logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics/supply chain management.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken communications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence others in a matrix environment.
