Collaborate with customers, partners, and other AWS teams to design cloud solutions that satisfy customer business needs and accelerate adoption of AWS technology. Shape and design solutions covering technology concerns such as security, tenant isolation, hybrid networking, CI/CD, rightsizing, auto‑scaling, and purpose‑built databases. Learn new technology, develop industry‑relevant architectures, and convey business value.

• Work directly with customers to accelerate projects and recommend best‑practice cloud architectures aligned with long‑term business outcomes.
• Drive technical solutions discussions, diving deep into details to solve complex technical business problems, and craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
• Scope and own each customer engagement, defining clear objectives and success criteria.
• Define and execute strategy by engaging highly technical teams (Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers, Customer Solution Managers) and consulting/managed services partners.
• Act as a thought leader in the wider community: educate, share best practices, present at events, write white papers, blogs, and run workshops.

• 4+ years of experience in a specific technology domain area (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Proficiency in Mandarin required; role involves liaison with Mandarin‑speaking clients and stakeholders.

• Experience working within software development or Internet‑related industries.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
