Be a part of a research team supporting correctional studies through data analysis, literature reviews, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing, managing, and executing research studies focused on correctional or social rehabilitation topics.
Conduct literature reviews and prepare reports summarising research findings.
Collect, process, and analyse quantitative and qualitative research data.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support research activities and related requests.
Contribute to publication support, including drafting summaries, reports, or presentation materials.
Maintain knowledge management systems, online resources, and research documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned related to research and evaluation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, psychology, criminology, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research is advantageous.
Proficient in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, STATA, or similar) and basic statistical analyses.
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
