Program Manager – Data Center Network Deployment, Singapore

Our client is a global technology leader with a strong infrastructure presence. This is a contingent assignment (12-month) based in Singapore, supporting critical network deployment projects.

As Program Manager, you'll oversee cross‑functional projects across data center builds, network upgrades, and infrastructure operations. You'll drive execution, manage risks, and ensure milestones are delivered on time while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

• Lead deployment projects across Edge, Backbone, and Data Center networks.
• Build project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with engineering teams and vendors to achieve outcomes.
• Identify risks, enforce compliance, and maintain best practices.
• Report status, issues, and results to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Atleast 7 years ofbackground in network engineering and deployment (Peering, Edge, CDN, ISP).
• Knowledge of routing/switching protocols (BGP, MPLS, RSVP‑TE, IS‑IS).
• Experience with TCP/UDP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6 environments.
• Familiarity with POP/Colo infrastructure and optics (10G/100G/400G).
• Proven ability to forecast, plan, and deliver in fast‑paced environments.
• Track record managing multiple projects in data center settings.
