Senior Executive, Customer Service, Singapore

This role is part of PIL's Group Commercial Agency Management, Singapore Agency Customer Service department, responsible for ensuring customers' journey from booking to documentation is done timely and accurately. This role acts as the main point of contact for customer to reach out customer issues. This role requires Customer Management skills, effective time management and being meticulous in daily tasks.

• Ensure bookings comply with global standards, local requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to resolve booking issues and optimize outcomes.
• Support agency and HQ initiatives such as digital booking adoption and system improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of customer service or operations experience, preferably in shipping or logistics.
