Halliburton Wireline and Perforatingtechnology team is actively seeking a dynamic Electrical/Electronic Engineer to join our Technology Team in Singapore. This role requires on-site work and presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong technical background in the oil & gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical/Electronics Engineer for downhole data acquisition and well intervention equipment design.
• Analyse system & subsystem requirements, identify features, break down task lists and provide schedule estimations.
• Actively participate in and execute the electrical/electronic design solutions for data acquisition, communication & motor control hardware, wiring harness management, heat dissipation management, etc..
• Continuous improvements for existing electrical/electronic design.
• Actively involve in design verification and validation activities
• Be responsible for board hardware bring up and testing, product system level integration, and product environment qualification.
• Work with multi-functional team members (SW, FW, HW & ME) to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Involve in the design and fabrication of jigs and fixtures for engineering test as well as manufacturing support.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports regularly to various stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers as needed.
• Contribute to Halliburton's Intellectual Property portfolio by delivering innovative and commercially successful solutions.

Requirements:

Skills acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline and 4 years of related experience. Completion of a masters degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline is preferred.
