• Under general supervision, assists in analysis, modification and design of products and services for assigned projects which requires working knowledge of materials, components, and their applications.
• Prepares design calculations and specifications. Develops test procedures, conducts tests and completes test result analysis for assigned projects.
• Assists in handling field and manufacturing problems to maintain and improve products and services. Incorporates Reliability, HSE and Quality analysis techniques during the design process.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain manufacturing systems applications, operational technology (OT) networks, and IoT devices.
• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of critical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application issues in a timely manner.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and security configurations in line with company policies.
• Perform regular system and application updates, patching, and data backups.
• Support IT infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, with focus on manufacturing systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with AI developers to build and enhance AI-based knowledge bases for automated troubleshooting and support.
• Coordinate with vendors and third‑party service providers for issue resolution and system improvements.
• Assist in implementing and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• A Master’s degree in Engineering preferred. Certification as a Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer is preferred.
