QC Engineer: Precision Inspection & Process Optimization, Singapore

Work Location: Loyang

Work Hour: 5 days (8am - 5:30pm)

Salary: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) on molded plastic parts
• Perform process capability measurements and analysis
• Review and confirm sample submissions from engineering team
• Select appropriate measurement methods for quality inspection
• Create clear measurement work instructions and procedures
• Train QC inspectors on proper measurement techniques
• Verify tool changes and process dimensions after modifications
• Ensure all molded parts meet quality standards and specifications
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes

• Minimum 2 years' experience in quality control role
• Experience in plastic injection molding industry preferred
• Hands‑on experience with CMM, SmartScope and other QC inspection tools
• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
