Legal Consultant - Financial Services (Derivatives/ISDA), Singapore

We are currently looking for experienced Legal professionals within financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory to work with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore!

• Legal professional with 4-8(+) years PQE with a focus in financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory frameworks.
• Preferably with a specialization in power and carbon emissions trading but not required.
• Comprehensive experience with ISDA documentation.

• The successful consultant will lead master documentation negotiations (ISDA, etc.), ensuring precise and accurate documentation throughout the process.
• They will provide expertise on financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory frameworks, with a specialization in power and carbon emissions trading.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for counterparties during negotiations, the candidate will also collaborate with internal departments to streamline the process and enhance efficiency.
• They will build and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel, counterparties, and other key stakeholders to support successful outcomes.
