Beauty & Wellness Branch Manager, Singapore

Location: Beauty 100 (S) International Pte Ltd – Raffles Place

Beauty 100 Wellness Group is seeking a capable, driven, and people-focused Beauty & Wellness Branch Manager to lead our Raffles Place outlet. This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced manager who excels in operations, team development, customer experience, and business performance.

As Branch Manager, you will be fully accountable for the day‑to‑day management of the branch, ensuring operational excellence, strong sales performance, and consistent service standards aligned with the Beauty 100 brand.

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of beauty and wellness professionals, ensuring high service standards, productivity, and staff engagement
• Oversee daily branch operations including scheduling, treatment flow, manpower planning, and client experience
• Drive sales performance through team coaching, service excellence, and effective promotions
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and ensure cost control
• Track and manage branch financial performance, including sales targets, commissions, and operational expenses
• Implement marketing and promotional initiatives in collaboration with HQ to grow new and repeat clientele
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Act as the key liaison between the branch and corporate office, ensuring alignment with company policies, SOPs, and business objectives
• Foster a positive, accountable, and professional work culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Branch Manager / Salon Manager / Centre Manager role within the beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry
• Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities, with experience coaching and motivating teams
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills
• Solid understanding of sales targets, inventory control, and basic financial management
• Ability to plan, execute, and support marketing and promotional activities
• Highly organized, responsible, and detail‑oriented
