As a project intern, you will engage in impactful short-term projects to gain real-world experience. You will develop practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced environment and explore your career interests.

• Collaborate with the team to develop high-quality documentation and training materials for onboarding new customers.
• Be the go-to person for answering basic customer questions and providing clear, helpful support.
• Lead standard training sessions for small and medium-sized enterprises, helping them maximize the value of our solutions.
• Manage batch operations for customers, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with a focus on Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners and key stakeholders based in Mandarin-speaking markets, where Mandarin is a primary working language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain concepts and solutions.
