Finance Intern, Group Financial Planning & Analysis, Singapore

Finance intern will provide essential support for the Group Financial Planning & Analysis team for a period of 3 months (to extend if necessary).

Responsibilities

Assist in redesigning, automating, standardizing, and cleaning up corporate department files and linkages (currently these are non-standard templates, and we need to replicate the Tech file to standardize).

Assist with data entry, reconciliation, managing spreadsheets, and ensuring data accuracy in financial systems when required.

Organize documents to prepare for migration of local server to SharePoint and assist with ad‑hoc tasks.

Requirements

Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent. Graduates looking for a short‑term internship are also welcome.

Proficiency in Excel, queries, VBA, Python, Power BI, and AI. Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.

Strong technical, analytical, quantitative, and numerical skills.

Superb attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in financial documentation.

Communicates clearly and in an organized manner, verbally and in writing.

Independent, resourceful, and able to work collaboratively with finance colleagues.

Drive to learn and solve practice issues.

High energy with a can‑do and positive attitude, thrive in a dynamic environment and deliver within time constraints.
