Description
Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
- Liaise with subcontractors, workers, and project stakeholders
- Monitor work progress and report to Project Manager
- Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline
- Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and company safety policies
- Conduct daily site inspections and risk assessments
- Identify unsafe practices and implement corrective actions
- Enforce use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings
- Assist in incident investigation and reporting
- Maintain proper site records (daily reports, safety checklists, permits)
- Ensure all workers have valid certifications and permits
- Liaise with relevant authorities when required
- Support audits and inspections
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision
- Possess valid WSHC certification (required)
- Knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced site environment
- Familiar with MOM safety requirements and site practices
