Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
Create high-level and low-level technical designs based on business requirements
Perform impact analysis for new features and system changes
Lead requirements gathering and translate them into technical solutions
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
Conduct code reviews and resolve production issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine system solutions
Contribute to system integration and performance optimization
Support deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of applications

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5+ years of experience in backend application development
Strong proficiency in:
Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, JPA
Microservices and event-driven architecture
Experience with database technologies: Oracle, MSSQL, or MongoDB
Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
Strong knowledge of system design (HLD/LLD) and architecture principles
Experience in technical leadership / mentoring
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Frontend exposure (Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
Experience in CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
Knowledge of version control (Git, SVN)
Experience in large‑scale enterprise or government systems
Familiarity with Linux environments
Experience in insurance, tax, or public sector systems
Exposure to domain‑driven design (DDD)
Experience working in Agile environments
