Responsibilities

Define and articulate the product vision, business objectives, and roadmap for SME products (deposits, payments, cards)
Build products from 0 to 1, leading end-to-end product development from conceptualisation and business requirements
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and shape product elements that differentiate Monee's SME offering
Track and monitor key portfolio metrics on an ongoing basis, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
Manage project timelines and coordinate across internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, quality delivery of product launches
Collaborate with technology, operations, legal, compliance, finance, and marketing teams to bring products to market effectively
Engage cross-functionally across all parts of the bank to align on product requirements and drive decisions, managing stakeholders at varying seniority levels
Support ad-hoc projects as required, with flexibility to contribute across the broader SME product agenda

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in product management, business strategy, or a related function within financial institutions
Demonstrates strong leadership potential to drive cross functional progress and deliver business results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally across multiple business units
Highly adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, lean environment
