• Take ownership of end-to-end project coordination, from maintaining contract records to tracking progress and delivering insightful monthly reports
• Ensure smooth and accurate processing of all shipping orders in a timely manner
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deadlines
• Prepare and manage documentation in line with client specifications and international regulatory requirements
• Keep shipping data and system records consistently updated and well-organised

• Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Hands‑on experience in logistics operations and project coordination
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
