Quantity Surveyor[Central/Cost Planning/main building tenders], Singapore

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs for tendering and cost estimation purposes
• Source and obtain quotations for various trades, conduct price comparisons, and perform cost analysis
• Identify and raise tender queries or discrepancies in design promptly for clarification
• Manage tender correspondence and ensure all addenda and document revisions are updated accordingly
• Assist in the preparation and compilation of tender submissions, including tender qualifications
• Perform additional quantity surveying duties as required

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in main building construction tenders
• Strong ability to read and interpret building drawings and specifications
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with digital quantity surveying tools such as CostX or Glodon is a plus
