Logistic Coordinator (Warehouse), Singapore

• Support day to day logistics operational tasks such as issue invoices, delivery order and inward/outward shipments.
• Responsible and keeping track of customers’ orders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Liaise and coordinate with customers, warehouse staff and forwarders on shipments.
• Perform pick and pack inventory items to meet customers order fulfilment.
• Follow up and communicate with customers on the shipments and deliveries status to ensure all are being fulfilled.
• Monitor and prepare inventory reports/cycle counts and follow up on stock discrepancies.
• Communicate and perform warehouse coordination with internal and external warehouse operation teams.
• Receive, move, check and store incoming goods.
• Execute and perform other work tasks assigned by the superior.

Working experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
