• Project Cost Management & Claims: Oversee project costs and submit progress and variation claims to track milestones and scope changes.
• Procurement & Subcontractor Management: Select contractors and suppliers, and assess payment claims from subcontractors to ensure compliance with project terms.
• Contract & Final Account Management: Review contracts for any issues, prepare final accounts, and manage sub-contracts and related correspondence.
• Claims & Delays Assistance: Work with the supervisor to prepare claims for time extensions, cost adjustments, and delays, ensuring proper documentation.
• Reporting & Meetings: Use internal systems like OEA and SAP for progress tracking and attend meetings to provide updates and support as needed.

• Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field.
