You will be part of Esco Aster’s Finance team andcontribute towards the overall site mission and objectives. The role will be50% accounting/operations and 50% FP&A activities. You will provide supportin sales and procurement activities as well as interact with Management onmonthly management reporting and other day-to-day finance office functions. Weoffer a competitive salary package based on company and individual performance.

• Ability towork well under pressure.

• Super userfor finance module and processes in Business Central 365
• Prepareand submit for approval of vendor payments.
• FixedAsset Management.
• ProjectCosting.
• Business/Financialpartner to Business Development & Post Sales team.
• Partnerwith Procurement/Lab Management team to ensure operational readiness andefficiency.
• MonthlyAR/AP reporting requirements by Management.
• Monthlyfinancial analysis, including reconciliation of accounts.
• Preparemonthly management reporting and consolidation reports.
• Performstock count and processing of accounting transaction for inventories.
• Liaisonwith external auditors for annual audit and periodic reporting.
• Facilitatequarterly forecasting and annual budgeting exercise.
• Handlead-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
  
• Goodcommand of both spoken and written English.
• Excellentinterpersonal, communication & analytical skill.
• Proactive,flexible, reliable, self-motivated & organized.
• Must be ateam player and contribute to team effort.
• Proficiencyin software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Able towork independently, a self-starter, self-motivated and task oriented. A teamplayer who is respectful and supports/communicates constructively.
