• Organise and prioritise a variety of programming jobs that have been tasked in an effective and timely manner.
• Assist the sales team by providing accurate machining cycle time (RFQ) for new parts.
• Assist teams to analyse data (inspection reports) and rectify problems.
• Communicate with customers on technical issues related to programming.
• Determine the best sequence of operations between milling and turning.
• Analyze manufacturing feasibility (e.g., GD&T requirements) before starting programming.
• Provide engineering support to teams on all technical/programming issues.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a precision machining environment.
• Proficiency in CAM programming (Mastercam, SolidCAM, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of UG and SolidWorks is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of CNC milling and turning processes, GD&T, and technical drawings.
• Analytical skills to interpret inspection reports and resolve production issues effectively.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
