Job Details
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics, Freight Forwarding, and Supply Chain
- Position Title: Senior Accounts & HR Executive/ Manager
- Working Location: Changi Business Park
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Handle full accounts: AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
- Monitor cash flow, collections, supplier payments, and expenses.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, tax agents, insurers, and corporate secretaries.
- Track customer credit terms and follow up overdue payments.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Process payroll, CPF, IRAS reporting, leave, claims, and employee documentation.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and HR records.
- Support staff welfare and performance review administration.
- Maintain licenses, insurance policies, and corporate records.
- Coordinate office maintenance, vendors, and operations support.
- Improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support day-to-day reporting and issue resolution.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years’ experience, preferably in SME or logistics/freight forwarding.
- Experience in payroll and HR administration in Singapore.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and accountable.
