As part of a strategic growth initiative, we are seeking an experienced Manager to join a high-performing team delivering complex payments transformation programmes across the region.

This opportunity is ideal for management consulting professionals seeking ownership across large-scale transformation delivery, senior stakeholder engagement and high-impact banking modernisation initiatives.

• Lead workstreams across large-scale payments and banking transformation programmes across SEA.
• Drive business process redesign, operating model enhancement and payments modernisation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, Fit‑Gap analysis, testing and migration activities.
• Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
• Lead consultants while supporting proposals, client engagements and broader practice growth initiatives.

• Degree qualified with extensive consulting experience, ideally within a leading consulting environment.
• Strong expertise across Payments, Transaction Banking, Cash Management or Core Banking domains.
• Strong understanding of SEA domestic payments, interbank payments, instant payments, bank-to-bank transfers and payment operations.
• Experience delivering payments modernisation initiatives, including exposure to ISO 20022 and enterprise technology implementation programmes.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
