Site Supervisor | Construction| Jurong | up to $4500/mth, Singapore

Location: Jurong

Salary: up to $4,500/mth

• Monitor project progress within the assigned region and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Main Contractors, stakeholders, and the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) for smooth execution of works.
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and reduce rectification costs.
• Assign tasks to foremen and workers, ensuring effective delegation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, including worker training, risk assessments, legal requirements, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Lead daily toolbox meetings and communicate safe work practices to all staff.
• Prepare and submit rectification papers and monthly repair cost reports to the AOM.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Motivate and inspire team members, fostering creativity and innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
• Supervise batching plant operations, ensuring accurate chemical dosing, equipment maintenance, and high-quality concrete output.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the AOM.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in project/site management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, SOPs, and ISO/OH&S standard
