Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a communication strategy that includes social media outreach and social media content creation.
• Research and write content for the company website, infographics, blogs, and newsletters.
• Plan events for networking sessions with clients.
• Internal communication: Strengthen the existing standard operation procedure of the company and make recommendations.
• External communication: Improve brand awareness of the company on social media e.g. Tik Tok.
• Arrange Zoom or face to face appointments and follow up enquiry for existing or new customers.
• Assist with administrative tasks when needed.
