• Lead & Oversee:Manage a team of Production Technicians for smooth, safe operations.
• Support Process Engineering:Assist in optimizing operations and driving cost-efficiency.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve:Quickly address plant and equipment issues with effective solutions.
• Maintain Equipment Integrity:Ensure plant equipment is reliable and performs optimally.
• Optimize Operations:Ensure consistent product quality and stable performance during shifts.
• Train & Develop:Mentor team members to grow their skills and enhance performance.

• Qualifications:Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Working Shift:Willing to perform 12 hours shift
• Technical Skills:Knowledge in process control, troubleshooting, plant equipment, and instrumentation.
• Key Traits:Strong leadership, analytical skills, initiative, drive, and the ability to handle pressure
