Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Air Cargo (Export), Singapore

Job Description:

Supervise and coordinate daily air export operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment handling
Prepare, review, and manage export documentation (e.g., airway bills, invoices, packing lists, permits, certificates of origin).
Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, customs, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Ensure truck dock slot allocation and coordinate with ground handling agents and contractors to optimize cargo flow and minimize delays.
Monitor shipment schedules, track cargo status, and resolve operational issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
As an RCA-certified agent, ensure all procedures are strictly followed and conduct regular audits to maintain certification standards.
Support the Export Manager in developing operational strategies and improving efficiency.
Provide guidance and training to junior staff on export procedures and documentation.
Maintain accurate records and generate reports on export activities and performance metrics.
Assist in customer service by addressing inquiries and providing shipment updates.
Any other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma holder in logistics discipline
Must have at least 4 years of air freight related work experience.
Able to work independently and as a team
Good working knowledge for MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
