Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads and line managers to provide HR advisory services focused on performance management and workforce planning.
Facilitate the implementation and enhancement of performance management frameworks, including goal setting and evaluation discussions.
Support organizational change initiatives in partnership with leadership, ensuring effective management of people-related impacts.
Act as a reliable HR contact for site teams, offering guidance on policies and best practices.
Engage in HR transformation projects, including system implementations and process enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to introduce new HR processes and frameworks across the organization.
Manage essential employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and transfers while ensuring compliance with statutory and internal regulations.
Provide ongoing HR operational support to both managers and employees.
Travel to project sites to work closely with on‑site teams and managers, addressing workforce challenges with practical HR solutions.
Champion employee engagement initiatives at both site and organizational levels.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of HR experience, encompassing HR business partnering and operational functions.
Knowledge of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and performance management is essential.
Familiarity with HR projects, system implementation, or policy development is an advantage.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with hands‑on engagement.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
Willingness to travel to various work sites as necessary.
