Senior HR cum Admin Executive, Singapore

Description

Responsibilities

Formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Making sure legal compliance with statutory employment and related laws and regulations.
Responsible for the full spectrum of daily HR operations including developing various recruitment channels, formulating recruitment plan, and conducting preliminary interview screening etc.
Overseeing and making recommendations for new employee orientation.
Assisting superior to organize and fulfil the needs of talent training and development.
Optimize the performance appraisal plan according to the development status of the company, and follow up the implementation.
Assisting in the formulation, implementation and supervision of the company's personnel management system, and promote the corporate culture.
Be responsible for payroll duties and tax filing (IR8A, Appendix 8A, IR8S, IR21).
Act as a point of contact with government bodies for HR matters including MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA etc.
Assisting on various work pass applications, renewal, cancellations and appeals.
Providing general office administrative support.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years working experience in the same position, technical, IT service industry background is preferred.
Familiar with cloud computing or data center isa plus.
Strong recruitment experience.
Familiar with local labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong compression and self-driving force.
