Junior / Senior Quantity Surveyor, M&E, Singapore

Location: Mandai, Basic up to $3000.

• Support the preparation and submission of comprehensive tender documents.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimations for M&E services.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain and evaluate competitive quotations.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), technical data, and unit rates in a timely manner.
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors and vendors to manage project costs and requirements.
• Manage procurement and sourcing activities to ensure budget and technical alignment.

• Entry level candidate with Quantity Surveyor study background are welcome to apply.

Location: Ang Mo Kio, Basic up to $6000.

• Lead the preparation and submission of monthly progress claims and cost variations.
• Coordinate with site teams to collect evidence for Extension of Time (EOT) and expense claims.
• Mentor project-based QS staff by providing guidance on measurement and claim standards.
• Monitor project budgets to identify cost variances and provide feedback to teams.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and commercial updates for senior management.
