Senior Retail Sales: Drive Store Performance & Growth, Singapore

RRRTS is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Retail Sales professional to join our team.

Position: Senior Retail Sales

Salary Range: SGD 5,000 – 7,000

Working Hours: Rotating shifts

Eligibility: Singaporean / PR only

• Handle daily retail sales and customer service in-store;
• Proactively introduce RRRTS products and customization services to customers;
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to increase conversion;
• Maintain a professional store image and product display;
• Work towards achieving store sales targets;
• Assist with cashiering, order follow-up, and customer enquiries;
• Support the team in improving overall store operations and sales performance.

• Singaporean or PR only;
• Must be passionate about sales and enjoy engaging with customers;
• Strong retail sales experience with proven selling skills;
• Experience in store management, premium retail, gifting, lifestyle brands, department stores, or boutique sales will be an advantage;
• Good customer service mindset and strong sense of responsibility;
• Able to identify customer needs and provide effective product recommendations;
• Well-presented, clear in communication, and positive in attitude;
• Able to work on rotating shifts;
• A team player who is comfortable working towards sales targets.
