Test Process Engineer（Test & Equipment）, Singapore

We are looking for a hands‑on Manufacturing Process Engineer to support test, equipment, and process activities for silicon photonics products in both NPI and mass production environments. This role is ideal for candidates with semiconductor wafer fab, test engineering, equipment engineering, or manufacturing engineering experience who enjoy troubleshooting, equipment optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Location: North Area – Yishun, Monday – Friday (8.30 – 5.30pm). Salary commensurate with experience, bonus up to 3 months, and ongoing stock options.

• Set up, maintain, and optimize optical/electrical test systems for silicon photonics devices.
• Support tester qualification, calibration, validation, and buy‑off activities for new products.
• Perform tester correlation, GRR validation, wafer‑to‑die correlation, and performance monitoring.
• Troubleshoot tester, equipment, and process‑related issues to improve stability and yield.
• Work closely with process, equipment, product, and manufacturing teams to support NPI and production ramp.
• Analyze test data and identify root causes for abnormal trends, yield loss, or equipment instability.
• Support production issue resolution, equipment downtime recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare SOPs, process documentation, validation reports, and technical records.
• Participate in new equipment setup, process characterization, and engineering evaluations.
• Ensure stable and reliable production performance through process monitoring and optimization.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Physics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer test, product engineering, equipment engineering, or process engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with semiconductor testers, wafer probers, ATE systems, or manufacturing equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment, process, or production‑related issues in a wafer fab or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with tester qualification, calibration, validation, GRR, or correlation activities.
• Experience supporting NPI, engineering runs, or production ramp activities.
• Knowledge of silicon photonics, optical testing, or photonic devices is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in cross‑functional and fast‑paced environments.
