Vice President – Strategic Investments, Singapore

Our client is a well‑established global financial group with a strong presence across the Asia‑Pacific region. They are seeking a Vice President, Strategic Investment to support long‑term investment initiatives. The Singapore office plays a key strategic role in building scalable business platforms, with a focus beyond traditional financial sponsor investing.

• Conduct strategic fit assessments and initial screening of investment opportunities
• Build detailed financial models, projections, and valuation analyses
• Prepare high‑quality Investment Committee materials and senior management reports
• Work closely with HQ on due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and execution
• Lead or support end‑to‑end transaction processes, including closing
• Drive post‑investment monitoring and value creation initiatives (PMI)
• Identify synergies across group platforms and support business‑building initiatives
• Maintain strong market intelligence and develop regional networks
