Marketing Communication Assistant Manager (Museum), Singapore

• Plan, create and implement PR campaigns with the goal of raising awareness and appreciation of the museum, its exhibitions, programmes and other initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with media and content creators, keeping their interest in promoting the museum and its initiatives among their communities.
• Manage and coordinate stakeholder engagement events, such as exhibition openings.
• Manage media buying and creative agencies on delivering digital campaigns, and monitor effectiveness, finance management and develop contingency strategies when required.
• Manage digital marketing software, produce analytic reports on digital marketing performance across projects to evaluate campaign effectiveness for management reporting.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to update museum websites.
• Administration support and data management.

• Minimum Degree in Marketing or Communication or relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva would be a added advantage.
