A reputable healthcare provider is seeking Senior / Staff Nurses with strong clinical capabilities and a commitment to quality patient care. This role offers a compressed 4-day work week with competitive remuneration.

• Perform, supervise, and evaluate clinical nursing activities
• Maintain and continuously improve nursing standards and care quality
• Orientate, supervise, and assess Enrolled Nurses and care staff
• Coordinate total client care with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure Nursing Care Plans are regularly updated and followed
• Participate in clinical audits, training, and quality improvement initiatives
• Deliver care in accordance with professional and regulatory standards

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Experience or strong interest in aged / geriatric care preferred
• Strong clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skills
• Awareness of current healthcare and ageing-related practices

• 4-day work week
• 12-hour rotating shifts: day shift 7:00am – 7:00pm and night shift 7:00pm – 7:00am

• $3,500 – $4,500 per month
