From concept to printed page (and beyond), you'll drive the full lifecycle of educational content:

• Dive into curriculum frameworks from around the world. Make sense of what’s there(and what’s missing), and shape it into content that holds up in real classrooms.
• Develop textbooks, workbooks, teacher's guides, and digital resources that are age‑appropriate, culturally sharp, and pedagogically sound.
• Collaborate with authors to bring their manuscripts to life, giving feedback that's direct, constructive, and moves things forward.
• Partner with the design team to make learning visual, engaging, and beautiful.
• Suggest resources and activities that go beyond the brief and genuinely elevate learning outcomes.

• Balance client curriculum requirements against international education benchmarks. You'll make the call.
• Keep projects on track across multiple stakeholders, timelines, and moving parts.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to position each series for success in the market.
• Handle permissions, budgets, contracts, and reprint coordination. No detail is too small.
• Review digital products and liaise with developers to ensure quality across all formats.

• Write and edit with precision: grammar, spelling, punctuation, and layout checks before anything goes to print.
• Make editorial decisions quickly and clearly. No second‑guessing, no ambiguity.
• Develop and review assessments, practice papers, and supplementary materials.
• Pick up InDesign basics within your first year for hands‑on final‑phase edits.
• Research and secure rights for copyrighted images and materials.

• A sharp editorial eye and a love of getting things right (fast).
• Strong subject knowledge in Maths and English Language.
• Genuine curiosity about how people learn and what makes content stick.
• The ability to switch between independent deep‑focus work and high‑energy team collaboration.
• Clear, confident communicator with authors, designers, marketers, and clients.
• Project management instincts: you juggle priorities without dropping the ball.
