Junior/Senior Site Quantity Surveyor (Japanese MNC I A1 Maincon), Singapore

Manage contracts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with project scope and obligations.

Handle procurement by sourcing subcontractors/suppliers, obtaining quotations, comparing costs, and issuing purchase orders within budget.

Prepare and submit progress claims, evaluate subcontractor claims, and process payment vouchers.

Monitor project costs, cash flow, and monthly financial reports for HQ and Project Manager.

Identify and submit variation order (VO) claims and assess Architect Instructions for cost/time impact.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to support project progress and meetings.

Attend project/technical meetings and advise PM on cost-related matters.

Prepare measurements, quantity take-offs, and monthly progress reports.

Support final account settlement and project cost evaluation with clients and subcontractors.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Experienced with established Singapore construction companies handling condominium, commercial, residential, and hotel projects
