Senior Manager, Fund Finance, Singapore

We are seeking a highly motivated, independent and detail‑oriented finance professional to join our fund controller team. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, management reporting, compliance, and operational excellence across our managed infrastructure funds. • Timely periodic financial reporting for the funds under management and detailed analysis of data to support decision making.
• Compliance with audit, statutory and tax requirements, and monitoring of financing covenants.
• Leadership and guidance to the finance reporting team on various financial reporting and operational matters, interacting with investment and asset management teams, investors, overseas partners and service providers.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures and processes for finance and operational areas to ensure internal controls, safeguard assets, optimise cash use, and ensure accuracy of financial information for management decision making.
• Assist in tax planning, review of financing and closing documents of investment deals.
• Work with the finance team on timing of cash flow requirements for each investment and accounting of new investments.

• Degree in Accountancy with minimum 10–12 years’ relevant working experience, including at least 4 years overseeing group consolidation or in a fund controller role.
• Some prior experience in audit is advantageous.
• Good understanding of relevant Accounting Standards and proficiency in financial analysis.
• Hands‑on self‑starter and team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to interact and work across functions and levels.
• Experience in fund reporting or private equity, infrastructure, real estate investment industry is an added advantage.
