HR Executive (L&D | Up to $4,500 | 12-mth Contract), Singapore

You will support HR capability development agenda by coordinating and executing key HR initiatives—especially training-related activities, staff onboarding support, and employee engagement events—while ensuring HR operations run smoothly.

• Training support (end-to-end): assist with training programme curation, vendor sourcing, enrolment coordination, and post-programme evaluation/feedback follow-up
• Competency/capability initiatives: support implementation of competency development activities
• Staff onboarding support: help with staff induction/onboarding arrangements and processes
• Employee engagement: support engagement events (e.g., townhalls) including communications support and operational coordination
• HR operations & ad-hoc projects: perform other HR duties/projects as assigned to improve employee experience and operational efficiency

• Relevant HR experience
• Experience working with HR operations/processes and coordinating stakeholders
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent coordination and project management skills to prioritise, meet deadlines, and handle pressure
• Advantage: experience with Workday, competency development, and collateral design tools (e.g., Canva)

• Someone hands-on and detail-oriented, comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts across HR initiatives
• Strong follow-through for tasks like enrolments, vendor coordination, and post-event evaluation
