Talent Acquisition Partner, Singapore

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for performing all aspects of the recruitment functions within the Group. Responsible for the full recruitment cycle, he/she will spearhead and implement strategic initiatives in talent attraction and retention programs to ensure the Group is positioned to fulfill its resources planning and optimize deployment in view of our growing business. Partner with line managers to meet staffing goals and objectives in order to support their overall business needs.

• Responsible to execute the end-to-end candidate hiring process from sourcing to new employee onboarding with the objective of recruiting the right hire for the right job and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Act as a subject matter expert on internal recruitment system, its process and ensure full compliance as the custodian of the processes.
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
• Collaborate with business partners, hiring managers to support short- and long-term business needs by developing talent acquisition strategies to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Drive recruitment and engagement activities related to young talent such as Management Associates, Scholars and Interns in partnership with educational institutions and the business.
• Source and match management associates and interns with suitable rotations and assignments.
• Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities.

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations relating to employment practices
• Excellent communication skills with ability to deal with all levels of employees
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
