Snr/Assistant Director (Finance Transformation), Finance …, Singapore

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Finance Transformation team. • Drive Finance Division’s transformation efforts, which include the streamlining and refining/digitalising of finance processes, as well as automation;
• Leverage on digital tools and data to enhance business processes and provide insights for policy-making, and
• Work closely with stakeholders to create value from quantitative datasets and analyse emerging trends.

• Relevant course of study in a quantitative discipline, e.g. accountancy, engineering, mathematics, economics, finance, and/or data analytics with 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience;
• Prior experience working in a finance/transformation/analytics-related function within the Singapore Public Service with working knowledge of related policies (e.g. Government Instruction Manuals), experience in the use of Government central financial platforms (e.g. NFS@Gov, HRPS, IBudget 2 and Fi@Gov) and/or automation/data visualisation tools (e.g. UIPath, Tableau) would be advantageous;
• Strong analytical skills; meticulous with ability to deep-dive into processes and data;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with different internal business units and stakeholders;
• Committed, responsible and self-driven with passion for continuous learning and improvement;
• Ability to work independently and effectively as a team;
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
