Process Quality Engineer (Mandarin Speaker), Singapore

Location: Bulim Square, Singapore 648110

Industry: Global key player of providing LiDaR and advanced sensor solutions

Remuneration package includes Basic Salary up to S$10,000/Month + 2 months' bonus

• Responsible for the end-to-end setup of the process quality module for the new factory;
• Responsible for monitoring quality objectives during project trial production and mass production, and collecting issues;
• Responsible for organizing Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) meetings and handling non-conforming products;
• Responsible for monitoring the progress of quality issue analysis and resolution, and elevate issues in a timely manner based on the current situation;
• Responsible for updating and maintaining on-site Control Plans (CP) and Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP);
• Responsible for leading customer audits and following up on identified issues;
• Responsible for onboarding training for quality control inspectors.

• Minimum Diploma and above education qualification in relevant field
• 5+ years of work experience in the field of quality (including 2+ years of work experience in process quality); Experience in the automotive industry is preferred;
• Possess IATF internal auditor qualification
• Be proficient in the five core quality tools in the automotive industry (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC);
• Experience in the end-to-end setup of a factory is preferred.
