(UP $3.5K) E-Commerce Executive (Beauty & Wellness | East), Singapore

Duration: 1 Year (renewable subject to performance)

Location: East (Changi Airport)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri (office hours)

Salary Range: UP $3,500

• Lead merchant acquisition efforts including prospecting, negotiating and development of necessary promotions.
• Own end-to-end merchant onboarding process up to contracting and/or renewals.
• In charge of sales targets of merchants under your care and be the primary contact for your merchants.
• Review performance of merchants, work with them to strategically conceive new business ideas to grow sales which may include range expansion, marketing, partnerships etc.
• Maintain good relationship and provide value add to your partners for longterm collaboration.
• Responsible for merchant level performance analysis and supporting monthly business reporting activities.
• Resolve any merchant operations issues related to publication, orders, logistics and payments in a timely and effective manner.
• Work cross function with internal stakeholders and other departments to drive sales growth.

Key Performance Measurements include:

• Sales Performance
• First-to-Launch or Exclusive Brands / Products / Concepts introduced
• Merchant Satisfaction
• New Business Development Ideas & Implementations

• Degree Holder with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Business Development, eCommerce and/or marketplace experience is necessary.
• Strong industry networks and contacts in the relevant industry will be preferred.
• Good communication skills, both written and presentation.
