Banking Senior Consultant (PMO) - Contract - IT, Singapore

Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating various project tasks to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with end users and Head Office to create planning papers for UAT/ BCP/ Migration/ Business rehearsals.
• Leading tasks related to UAT/ BCP/ Migration/ Business rehearsals in coordination with end users and Head Office.
• Facilitating meetings and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders in Singapore and Japan.
• Adjusting project scopes and requirements as necessary.
• Undertaking other relevant tasks as assigned by the project manager, including documentation and information gathering.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of banking or consulting firm working experience.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Banking Payment Business, encompassing e-Banking, remittance, cross border payment, etc.
• Comprehensive understanding of SWIFT Message types and structures (e.g., MT101, MT103, MT940) and MX format (e.g., pain001, pacs008, camt053).
• Familiarity with best practices for handling ISO20022 regulation changes, and the ability to find reasonable solutions tailored to specific banking corporations.
• Proficiency in documentation, presentation, and meeting facilitation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skill in both verbal and written in English and Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking clients and associates.
• Demonstrated facilitation skills in managing multiple stakeholders.
• Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process is a plus
• Good to have Systematic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP).
