Luxury Store Manager (Swiss Watches | Attractive Comms), Singapore

Potential Annual Salary package: $90k - 100k

• Achieve sales target by implementing activities and strategic projects
• Develop a customer‑centric culture to the retail experience, supporting the team in delivering an impeccable and consistent luxury brand retail experience
• Act as the brand ambassador: exhibit reverence and passion for the brand, demonstrate enthusiasm and pride
• Partner with marketing team to ensure VM guidelines are properly executed
• People management & development: ensure store staffing and rostering matches traffic peaks and profiles
• Review individual team member's sales productivity and performance on a regular basis

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in management
• Background in luxury watches or jewelry preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passionate, driven, and customer‑focused
