Description

Bonvests Holdings Limited, a public‑listed company with diversified business in Hotel under The Residence by Cenizaro (Ownership and Management), Property (Investment and Development) and Waste (Management and Contract Cleaning), is seeking a suitably qualified and dedicated professional to join our corporate head office as a Sales Executive.

Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, understanding client needs, and providing accurate information on products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to manage leads, maintain CRM databases, and track customer engagement.
  • Assist in preparing and attend sales meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Maintain and update reports, databases, and records required by management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, inquiries) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare, review, and edit documents, proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
  • Provide coordination and support for media relations and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in agency and project management, including marketing collaterals, image libraries, and advertising campaigns.
  • Support social media efforts by contributing to creative campaigns, improving brand presence, and driving engagement.
  • Assist with website updates and content management.
  • Manage and maintain customer and marketing databases.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel, travel, or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing, promotions, or sales support roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with clients.
  • Familiar with computer especially Words, Excel and Canvas.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for the hospitality and tourism industry.
