Job DescriptionAs a Call Centre Officer, you will play a vital role in achieving our Customer Centre targets while ensuring the highest quality of service. Your responsibilities include:
- Meeting KPIs without compromising service quality.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance in handling customer requests.
- Cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
- Migrating customers to the Bank’s digital platform.
- Adhering to professional standards of behaviour and conduct.
- Flexibility in work deployment to meet business needs.
- Supporting Operations in resolving customer follow-ups and transactional requests.
- Creating positive discussions in the social media community to support the brand.
- Diploma
- Min Higher NITEC with relevant Banking CCTR experience of >=1 year can be considered as well
- Important: As the role will require candidate to work shift
