Description

Key Responsibilities Business Development

Generate new business for service and parts through proactive outreach, including cold calls, presentations, and lead follow-up
Focus on selling Planned Maintenance and Service Maintenance contracts, with secondary emphasis on additional products and services
Deliver accurate pricing information and negotiate customized service agreements effectively
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and manage documentation promptly
Communicate customer needs to the service department and adhere to company policies
Identify cross-selling opportunities such as battery sales, product overhauls, rentals, and support accessories
Ensure smooth internal handoff of customer orders for timely delivery of solutions
Present service offerings professionally, demonstrating quality, integrity, and customer understanding
Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly to ensure satisfactory resolution
Balance customer satisfaction with company operational requirements

Account Management

Regularly engage with current branch customers to grow service business and strengthen client relationships
Prepare accurate service quotes tailored to customer needs
Meet with clients to promote services and product offerings
Reconnect with inactive customers to encourage re-engagement with company services

Additional Duties

Participate in sales meetings and support resolution of service or accounts receivable issues
Contribute to ad hoc projects to improve sales performance and service delivery
Foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
Complete additional tasks to support team objectives
